In addition to Adam's talents as a healer, he is also a musician and a writer. He has written a book on the healing power of music and meditation. This book is based on the 7 chackra, or energy centers, of the human energy field. Adam has also created a C.D which acompanies this book. The C.D. was originally designed for massage therapists to use as an adjunct during a massage therapy session. The C.D is 67 min long and can be used to help open up the chackra systems, clear energy blockages, and create a relaxation response for a client during a massage session. The C.D. has also been reported to help people who have dificulty sleeping. Some have said it helps them to relax before and durnig bed time. Finally, in addition to being a great aid for sleeping, it is wonderful simply for listening enjoyment; or in the car to end or prevent road rage. The first C.D in this series is title Touch The second C.D is Humanities walk.

Touch is a 67 minute long cd that incorporates healing properties from around the world. There are 7 songs, which follow the keys of the 7 major charka's of eastern medicine and meditation.

Influences heard on the CD range from traditional native American healing sounds to aboriginal Australian didgeridoo.

Tibetan singing bells, toning, gongs and nature sounds all combined to compliment Adam 's own unique expression of sound as love and health.

The instrumentation is as unique as the variety and beauty of the many healing influences which come together to create Touch.
