Single sessions 50 minutes		$180 per visit.

Double session 1 hour 50 minutes		$360 per visit

Set Weekly and Bi Weekly sessions available		By Request

HOME CARE		Rates start a $360 for a 50 minute session depending on location and availability.

New York has recently passed a law allowing physical therapists direct access to patients for 10 visits. It is important to note most insurance companies will not reimburse without a doctors referral. Adam does not accept any insurance, however you are free to submit your bills for reimbursement on your own.

All Appointments in N.Y. State after the first 10 treatments (accept for wellness visits) require a referral from a qualified practitioner. Doctors, Dentists, and Chiropractors are all legitimate referral sources. Legally you have the right to choose any physical therapist for treatment regardless of where you received your referral. If a doctor refers you to a physical therapist and that doctor recommends or owns their own physical therapy office you can go to that clinic. However, be aware you do not have to use the clinic they suggest, and the prescription for physical therapy is still good anywhere.
